Introducing The May Walking Challenge

What is The May Walking Challenge?

The May Walking Challenge is a FREE 30-day challenge that challenges you to walk 10,000 steps a day for the month of May. I believe that walking is one of THE best things we can do for our physical and mental health, and my goal with this challenge is to inspire you to get your steps in and notice the shift in your overall well-being throughout the month.

If you're wondering why 10K steps? Well, according to studies done by Stanford University researchers (and other sources), it takes about 10,000 steps per day on average for most people to maintain good health--but some people may need more than others depending on their activity level or fitness goals. The point is: if you want better health, then start walking!

What is Included in The May Walking Challenge?

The May Walking Challenge is a free 30-day challenge that will help you make the most out of your walks.

Once you sign up, each week, we'll send you an email with all of the resources in one place:

  • Podcast episode recommendations (including our own!)

  • Wellness tips and tricks to keep your body feeling good while walking

  • Walking meditations and inspiration to keep you motivated on your walks

  • There are walking prompts designed to invite you to connect deeper with yourself through movement! We also have curated playlists for each day of The May Walking Challenge so that when it's time for your walk, all of these things come together seamlessly for an amazing experience every single day!

Walking Challenge Meet Up
