My journey began in competitive athletics, where the pursuit of high-intensity exercise left me mentally and physically drained, yielding no tangible results. I realized that my perspective on fitness needed a shift – from punishing my body to honouring it, from pushing it to its limits to understanding and working with it.
Faced with hormonal issues and a string of injuries, I embarked on a quest for exercise that was not just challenging but also restorative. That's when I discovered Pilates, which has since become my passion. Over the last decade, I've witnessed its transformative power in reshaping not just my body but also in grounding, healing, and connecting me back to the true essence of myself.
