Whether you are new to Pilates, rehabilitating an injury, or desiring a more personalized approach, these sessions are designed to transform your body and your life.

VIRTUAL Solo PILATES

55 Minutes - $165 per Class

Each session is structured to keep you mentally engaged, physically engaged and accountable to your goals. You will be encouraged to follow up with a home program to accelerate your progress.

If you have a reformer at home, please let me know the make and model of the reformer before our session so I can prepare programming accordingly; otherwise, this is a Mat Pilates session with props.

VIRTUAL Duet PILATES

55 Minutes - $250 per Class ($125 each)

Each session is structured to keep you mentally engaged, physically engaged and accountable to your goals. You and your partner will be encouraged to follow up with a home program designed by KM to accelerate your progress.

The INTENTION of PILATES

To help you develop functional movement patterns and strength as you align your posture and activate your core. The workouts are focused and targeted, making them incredibly effective at transforming your stability, mobility and mind/ body connection.

 

Your plan of care will be unique to you and your situation. I am committed to serving my clients in a professional, competent and caring manner, maintaining a focus on the individual.

You will move with intention through intelligent sequencing and dynamic postures for a satisfying full body workout.

Receiving personalized instruction and adjustments to ensure proper alignment and practice in a safe and supported way.

With an initial discussion about your needs and aspirations, a postural assessment and a customized Pilates program. Each session builds upon the last and is structured to keep you mentally engaged, physically engaged and accountable to your goals. You will be encouraged to follow up with a home program designed by our instructors to accelerate your progress.

Yes, virtual Pilates sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. With proper communication and guidance from your instructor, you can receive personalized workouts and corrections in the comfort of your own space.
