HI, I'm KAILA
I am a Certified Pilates Instructor, Movement Educator and Wellness Entrepreneur. I am passionate about sharing my expertise on mindful movement, self-love and spirituality with my clients and community.
​
My mission is to help you build support for the physical, emotional, and energetic aspects of the body using intentional movement.

I can't commit to the six-week series. Can I do a single class?
Yes, you can do a drop-in class, but the rate will differ slightly from the series, which is being offered at a discounted bundle price.

What equipment do I need for the Pilates Classes?
A mat, ankle weights, resistance band and stability ball.
​
Are the Pilates classes live or pre-recorded?
The classes are live and will be recorded and sent out after class.
