Hi, my love!

If we haven't met yet, my name is Kaila, and I am the Founder of The KM Method.

 

I created the KM Method to empower and educate you to connect to your body through movement to feel your best. I intend to help you move effectively while empowering you along the way. 

 

I am passionate about movement education and guiding people to reconnect with their bodies through Pilates and other wellness modalities that I have adopted over the years in the Wellness Industry.

What equipment will I need? 

A mat.

All classes will be done using bodyweight only. If you wanted to invest in one piece of equipment for the month, I recommend Bala Bangles.

 

When does the challenge start? 

Monday, September 6th, 2021
